If you are unsatisfied with your MiddleMan for any reason, please return the product within 30 days from the date that the order was received in-home for a full refund of the purchase price, and shipping costs.
If a shipment arrives damaged, you can simply contact Harleman Products LLC and report your MiddleMan has been damaged during shipping.
When we receive notice from you that your MiddleMan was damaged during shipping, all we ask is that you return the damaged unit to Harleman Products LLC. When we receive your package, we can have a new MiddleMan unit sent out the next business day.
All bags are 100% guaranteed, or we will replace them with a new one. All we ask is that you mail the damaged bag to Harleman Products, and we will replace it with a new bag and a full refund of shipping costs.
